Outline planning approval has been achieved for the new Health Centre at Arley Warwickshire.
Primary Asset have secured the site to be developed in conjunction with an adjacent development by Lovells and Midland Heart for 30 dwellings.
Work on site is scheduled to start in Spring 2010.
