St Margaret’s Well Surgery to extend

St Margaret’s Well Surgery, Halesowen, has secured Planning Permission for the proposed extension and expansion on their current site at Quarry Lane, Hagley Road, Halesowen. The proposed extension builds on the original building designed by Gould Singleton Architects with a proposed two storey development extending from the existing building, staggered up the hill to make use of the site topography.
The proposals will increase the Surgery by more than double the original size of the Surgery, to approximately 1600 sq.m.
The brief to tender is currently being finalised and the project will incorporate low carbon technologies in compliance with BREEAM requirements.
