August 2009 - Approval for Balsall Common

Planning permission has been secured for the new £2.7 million Primary Healthcare Centre for Balsall Common.

Sapphire Primary Care Developments are developing the new Health Centre for Balsall Common which will house the GP practice and facilities for Solihull Care Trust as well as an NHS dentist and a pharmacy.

Designed by Gould Singleton the new building will meet BREEAM Excellent standards in Healthcare design.

The new development is hoped to commence on site early 2010 and open later in the year.
