Ideas for a new one-stop health centre were developed in conjunction with the developer and the GP practice. A contemporary design was welcomed by the planners and supported to fit into the designated Green Gap.

The building accommodates a 7 partner GP practice with facilities for the PCT and Pharmacy.

All primary care facilities were able to be accommodated on the ground floor with admin and training facilities at first floor.
