Re-development of vacant contaminated engineering site to more than double the warehouse, distribution and storage facilities, that prevously existed with new office facilities, and "future proofed" with Planning obtained for future high bay warehouse development.

The high bay warehousing, up to 15m high is expected to facilitate in excess of a 1000 trucks nationwide.

Distribution warehouse was specially commissioned to provide column free interior space with open plan area of 51m x 99m.
