Lloyds pharmacy required additional floor space on their current head office site to replace dilapidated portable accommodation.

Gould Singleton provided advice and planning services in negotiating the planning permission to replace the existing temporary building with permanent expansion on 2 levels.

The construction was entirely inkeeping with the original building in meeting the tenant's obligations to the landlords and their funding agents.
