This project is in a busy main High street of Portsmouth and involves part demolition of a 1950's building to make way for a new structure which will increase substantially the lettable floor area of the site.

Parts of the existing structure were retained however they were enhanced with new facades.
The scheme adopts an 'Art Deco' appearance and uses high quality materials throughout.

Major planning has had to take place to ensure that the scheme does not affect one of the main City culverts, which passes straight though the middle of the site.
