Mid-counties Co-operative Society acquired an existing single storey office of approximately 25,000 sq ft. in area.
Works involved a new first floor extension and the complete refenestration of the existing building, together with additional parking provisions and associated external works.
The completed office are approximately 40,000 sq ft. and accommodates in excess of 250 employees.
