In 2007, The RSPCA acquired a Farm at Frankley for new premises to relocate the existing Regional Animal Rehoming Centre and Hospital.

New accommodation for dogs, cats , rabbits and the veterinary Hospital. Refurbishment of 4 existing dwellings for use by RSPCA staff was completed under a seperate enabling works contract. Planning approval was achieved in 2008 to incorporate dealing with Greenbelt issues. Incorporation of sustainable technologies and analysis of benefits and costs have been undertaken and incorporated throughout. Project management services included liaison with statutory authorities for drainage consents & bat license work.  Building works commenced June 2011 with completion Summer 2012.
