Completed in September 2007, the new Health and Social Care Centre in Stourbridge was a first tranche project for Dudley LIFT. The building accommodates a GP surgery, Podiatry, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Social Services, primary care outreach and treatment facilities.
Gould Singleton worked in close conjunction with the PCT, end users and the contracting team developing bid proposals through to detailed design.
Novated to Carillion, Gould Singleton embraced value engineering, accessibility and programme deadlines.
