Submission of planning drawings has now been sent to Birmingham City Council for development of Lordswood Road, Harborne.
The proposed design sees the demolition of an existing dormer bungalow on a corner plot and the construction of a new residential development for 9, 2-bedroom modern apartments with associated parking and amenity facilities.
The form of the building has been designed to be sympathetic and in context to the surrounding residential plots whilst the existing planting is to be retained to the front boundary to maintain the soft landscaped aesthetic on approach to the site.
