Apex Court provides a range of Bespoke modern luxury office block accommodation close to the Midlands motorway network, in a contemporary style, with various floor areas from 4500 to 13,000 sq ft, to suit different business requirement. Four premises have been built, with a further six available to future occupants.
A&J Mucklow Group purchased a derelict industrial site previously occupied by an aluminum smelting operation, manufacturing engine blocks, at the junction of the M5 motorway network at Worcester and Gould Singleton were asked to consider re-development opportunities.
Several feasibility schemes were undertaken to include refurbishment of the industrial unit, demolition and construction of new industrial units, or the demolition and construction of 10 new office blocks, located on only a part of the site.
The development proposal adopted was for the office development and planning approval was obtained by Gould Singleton for 10 individual office blocks and associated services, roadways and hard and soft landscape.
The remaining 6 approved offices have yet to be constructed, whilst feasibility studies are on-going for the remainder of the site that could accommodate an industrial development of up to 150,000 sqft
