Fourteen new residential dwellings have been granted permission at Land at the Junction of Lower City Road and Dudley Road East, with associated parking and access. Neighbouring to the canal the proposed development seeks to enhance a current vacant parcel of land to bring vitality and residential opportunity to the local community.
