As part of Gould Singleton’s client service, design concepts allow exploration of a site or development’s potential without necessarily committing to a planning application. Feasibility studies, design concept studies and development offer a client a means by which commercial decisions can be made with more robust evidence of a site’s potential. We have prepared concepts for numerous potential medical facilities and mixed-use developments for a wide variety of clients on sites across the UK. Following successful concepts, developers have continued to capitalise on their development potential to either sell the site at enhanced values or procure the full development. Gould Singleton Architects continue to strive to increase a client development potential with innovative design solutions.
