Crowle Court Farm is a site of National importance and is listed as an ‘Ancient Scheduled Monument Site’ as such, no works to any structure can be carried out with approval from the Secretary of State. English Heritage have been consulted on every stage of the works from Pre application advise through to detailed Scheduled Monument consent. The works comprise of new extensions on 3 sides of the former farmhouse, and a major refurbishment of all internal spaces. The scheme will provide significantly improved living accommodation.
A full watching brief by specialist Archeologists, English Heritage and Worcestershire County Council representatives will continue through the works, together with periodic inspection by Natural England for the relocation of protected species of Bats within existing roof spaces.
