The project at the former Derby Royal Infirmary site sees the development from an outline application to a new residential quarter within the Derby borough.

The scheme has developed to provide modern, contemporary accommodation with a mixture of open plan apartments and two-storey housing within the urban grain. Overall the design provides  approximately 750 units composed of 125 houses and a mixture of 1 and 2 bed apartments, with the incorporation of the iconic ‘Pepperpots’ to the north of the site.
