Working closely with the Linden Homes and Bovis Homes the designs extend to providing thirteen apartments in Building 42, ten two bedroomed residential dwellings in the East Wing and eight units within the Officers Mess building composed of seven four bedroomed town houses and a single bedroom apartment.

Design work has extended to providing appropriate kitchen and bathroom fit outs alongside amended dwelling plan layouts to make best use of the proposed space on site. Due to the tight timeframes and requirement of quality works, strong communication proved essential in delivering the drawings on time to the developer’s final specification.
