Planning permission was granted for 44 apartments and a new estate road on land off Newton Road, Great Barr.

The scheme satisfied the Councils standards for good quality Urban design and natural surveillance.

Original clients sold the site to ‘Miller Homes Ltd’ who then appointed Gould Singleton to complete the design package through to construction stage and completion.
